Braden's Ba"B"y Shower

In the beginning of June, my closest friends threw a very fun and festive "B"ee themed baby shower for Braden.

Everything was Bee themed...or B themed.

To eat, we had berries and bananas, bagels, banana bread...

Berry salad and bruschetta.

There were even bees on the flowers.

I also got to sport a very fantabulous bee hat!

 It was a very good time.

So, I have been playing a lot of "catch up" on the blog...we'll get there, hopefully before baby comes! Back in May, Jenny went to the Twins game against the Brewers with mom, dad and Brian.  It was a really fun time!!

We enjoyed our Juicy Lucys.  The best cheeseburgers ever, with cheese in the center of the burger patty! yum!

 

It was super fun, and the Twins absolutely creamed the Brewers! Even Better!!

May 23--Happy Graduation Chris!!

 

It was a very big week! Chris finished law school, and there were many celebrations! First, there was a banquet for the graduates and families.  

 

Here is some of the Hamline Law School gang after the banquet.

 

The next night, Hamline put on a boat cruise down the Mississippi River, from St. Paul to the River Flats by the U of M.  It was a fun time.  Here is Chris, getting into the spirit of things.

Everyone was very excited and proud!

 

The graduation was supposed to be outside on the lawn, but it stormed early on in the day.  So, the graduation ceremony was in the field house.  It was VERY hot.  But, went off without a hitch!

After graduation, we all celebrated at Old Chicago.  There was a balloon guy that made a balloon "graduation" hat for Chris.  Yes, he did wear it during dinner.
